What to Include in a Custom Packaging Brief
A useful quote starts with size, quantity, material, artwork and destination.
Measure the packed product
Include its width, length and thickness, plus any insert or accessories. Explain whether the bag is for retail display, storage or shipping.
Share artwork and order needs
Provide a logo or artwork file, desired colors and preferred placement. Add the target quantity, delivery destination and required date. Mention any closure, handle or labeling requirements.
Agree what will be approved
Clarify the proof or sample process, the final dimensions and the acceptance points before production. Keep an approved specification for future reference.
